What payment methods do you accept?

In what materials are your jewelry made?

Most of our jewelry is made in bronze with 24K gold and gold-filled.

However, we also handle some products in various unique shapes handmade by special request orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you must go to, select your area and enter the tracking number that you will receive in your email in "Track". If you have any problem tracking it, send us an email to and we will help you communicate the status of this one.

Can I return or exchange what I bought?

You can return or exchange unused and undamaged products within 10 days of the date of your purchase indicated on the invoice. It is required to present the invoice. Refunds are processed by PayU in the same way as the original payment. The products at discount are considered a final sale and no changes or refunds are accepted.


To increase the life of use of your pieces, it is recommended:

  • Do not expose to lotions, creams, cosmetics, perfumes, and water.
  • Save separately.
  • Do not carry during physical exercise and/or pool.
  • Clean frequently using a soft cloth to maintain its original color and shine.
